5. Can I also book my international flight with Buenos Dias Mexico?
Yes of course, we will be happy to organize your international flights.
6. How do I receive my booking confirmation?
You receive you booking confirmation per Email.
7. Which payment methods can I make use of?
You pay your trip by bank transfer.
8. When do I get my travel documents?
You receive your travel documents no later than two weeks before your tour starts.
9. What happens if I can not take the trip for any reason?
If you have to cancel your trip our cancellation policy will come into effect:

Until 60 days before commencement date 10% of the total price

59 - 30 days 25% of the total price

29 - 15 days 40% of the total price

14 - 7 days 60% of the total price

06 - 1 days 75% of the total price

from the day of departure 85% of the total price

We recommend you to conclude a rescission insurance for the case of illness
10. What do I have to do if there is something to complain about during my trip?
In the case of travel deficiencies, please call our office in Mexico and we will do everything to solve the problem.
