Day 1: Arrival in Mexico City  [Up]

After your arrival at the airport in Benito Juarez we pick you up and bring you to your first Boutique Hotel "La Casona". Overnight stay.
 

Day 2: Mexico City & Queretaro  [Up]

After breakfast we take you to a city tour through Mexico City including a visit of the Zocalo with its famous cathedral, the Government Palace and the beautiful Metropolitan Cathedral. Then you visit the breathtaking pyramids of Teotihuacán. You shouldn’t miss out on climbing up the sun- or moon pyramid and enjoy the amazing view before your journey continues to the beautiful colonial city and UNESCO world cultural heritage Querétaro. Here began once the Mexican revolution what makes it to one of the historical distinguished places in Mexico. Use the late afternoon to experience the colorful center. Overnight stay in the antique and magnificent Boutique Hotel "La Casa de la Marquesa".
 

Day 3: Querétaro & San Miguel de Allende  [Up]

After a detailed city tour trough Querétaro where you get to know the most significant sights you go towards San Miguel de Allende. It's better known as "the City of Artists" and probably the most beautiful colonial city of Mexico. Experience a guided walk through the idyllic center famous for its galleries, shops with artwork and antiquities. A glass of red wine on one of the countless terraces with a wonderful view over the roofs of San Miguel makes your day before you have an overnight stay in the beautiful Boutique Hotel "La Puertecita".
 

Day 4: San Miguel de Allende - Dolores Hidalgo & Guanajuato  [Up]

After the breakfast you are off to Guanajuato. On the way you make a stopover to visit Dolores Hidalgo "the cradle of national liberty" and famous because of the Scream of Dolores which lead to the war of independence against Spain. In the afternoon you arrive in Guanajuato. During your city tour you get to know among other things the birthplace of Diego Riveras, the university, the famous alley of kisses and the cathedral. Besides we take you to the stoned monument of Pipila upside the city where you can enjoy a beautiful Guanajuato view. To end the day perfectly we stop over at the famous museum of mummies. Overnight stay in the charming Boutique Hotel "Villa Maria Cristina".
 

Day 5: Guanajuato & Zacatecas  [Up]

After a delicious breakfast you continue to the mining town Zacatecas, a real insider tip as it is one of the most Mexico's beautiful cities and UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1993. Enjoy the impressing view from the "Cerro de la Bufa" and visit a real silver mine. This night you stay in a very special Boutique Hotel, the "Quinta Real Zacatecas" which is integrated in a bullfighting arena.
 

Day 6: Zacatecas & Guadalajara  [Up]

Starting from Guanajuato you go right after the breakfast to Guadalajara the capital of Jalisco and home of Mariachi and Tequila. It's well known for its typical and still maintained Mexican traditions. We bring you to your hotel from where you can enjoy the afternoon in a City which remained the most Mexican. You get to see among other things the palace, the cathedral, the regional museum and the greatest market of Guadalajara's. Then you keep going to Tlaquepaque, a wonderful suburb where you can feel the influence of art. Here you find every kind of art out of every material you can imagine, such as potter's clay, ceramic, wood, copper etc. as well as precious colonial antiquities. You next stop in Tonala, a part of the city which is the center of pottery and ceramic arts. In the late afternoon we bring you back to your hotel. Overnight stay in the extravagant Boutique Hotel "Villa Ganz".
 

Day 7: Guadalajara - Pátzcuaro  [Up]

Coming from Guadalajara your journey goes to the charming little colonial town Pátzcuaro. Enjoy the center with its wonderful relaxing plazas, impressive churches and houses out of loam with tiled roofs. Here you see the most important sights and when you are lucky even a typical Mexican market. In the afternoon you go to the Isla Janítzo with its famous 40 meters high Morelos memorial situated in the sickle-shaped lake Patzcuaro. Afterwards we bring you back to your hotel in Pátzcuaro. This day you stay in the typical Mexican Boutique Hotel "Mansión de los Sueños".
 

Day 8: Pátzcuaro - Morelia  [Up]

After the breakfast your tour continues and you visit the lake "Lago de Zirahuen" and the small town Tzintzuntzan. Afterwards you continue to Morelia, the capital of Michoacán and one says the most aristocratic of all colonial cities in Mexico. 1991 the city was declared to an UNESCO world cultural heritage because of its outstanding well kept center. Here you see the breathtaking, beautiful cathedral, the impressive palaces and the well established university. Experience the spiritedness of the city in the afternoon. Overnight stay in one of Mexico's most beautiful Boutique Hotels "Cantera Diez".
 

Day 9: Morelia - Mexico City  [Up]
