In the morning you are, according to your arrival, picked up at the bus terminal or your hotel and the tour takes you to a nearby Ranch, were the horseback ride starts. All along lovely, narrow trails, the way leads you through cooling forests and past picturesque sceneries towards San Juan Chamula. The village is famous to be the religious centre of the Tzotzils. In San Juan Chamula, you have time to stroll around and to get a better impression of the tradition and the customs of the indigenous people. After a short pause, the tour continues to Zinacantan by foot, where you can see how woolen goods are being woven, taste traditional drinks and dishes. In the afternoon, you visit the nice church of the village before your guide takes you back to San Cristóbal. According to the further course of your trip, you are brought to your hotel, the airport or the bus terminal.
