In the morning you are, according to your arrival, picked up at the bus terminal, the airport or your hotel and depart for an exciting day trip, which combines the culture and the history of the country's stunning natural environment and interesting encounters. First off, you follow the highway north to Tepic, which is situated about 1,000 meters above sea level. On the way a little coffee break will be held. Once arrived, you take a leisurely boat ride across the lake. Finally you reach the village of the Huichol Indians, who still live their lives uninfluenced by the West, and follow their traditions and culture. There you will visit schools, the typical Huichol houses and the busy market place. You will learn about the lives of the residents and get an authentic impression of the indigenous culture and the atmosphere in the village. According to the further course of your trip, you are brought to your hotel, the airport or the bus station (trip available on Thursdays only).
