In the morning you are, according to your arrival, picked up at the bus terminal or your hotel and you are brought to the ecological reserve Cuxtal, where the Hacienda Sotuta de Peon is located. After you arrive, you visit first the machine hall and the factory site, where the owners still produce high-class sisal products. In the following, you drive with a carriage through the agave fields to a Maya habitation. The visit of the dwellings gives you a closer look to the traditions and lifestyle of the Maya people nowadays and in former times. Later on, the tour continues to the idyllic and mystic Cenote Zhul-ha, where you can take a refreshing bath in the crystal clear water. Towels can be borrowed on location. Back at the Hacienda, you have time for a delicious lunch in the local restaurant or optionally, you can relax at the refreshing pool. Finally, you drive back to Mérida, where you arrive at 4 pm. According to the further course of your trip, you are brought to your hotel, the airport or the bus terminal.
