- Customer care and advice from inquiry to departure
- Product management for the company’s own product portfolio
What we expect from YOU:
- Degree (Tourism or Economics)
- Fluent in written and spoken English, advanced knowledge in Spanish
You should also have a high degree of planning skills, a sense of responsibility, resilience, as well as a strong team spirit and the challenge of living and working abroad.
Country knowledge of Mexico as well as practical experience in tourism and in dealing with customers are welcome but not essential.
