Buenos Dias Mexico has been creating memorable vacations for over 12 years throughout this magical country. We see it as our duty to take on a holisitc responsibility towards – our environment, society and of course to our partners and employees.
The following aspects are particularly important to us and are reflected in our philosophy and our projects:
Since 2017 we have been working with Volando con Guacas and offer a responsible form of travel into the Sierra Gorda of Querétaro, a natural area that is close to Querétaro. This tour is primarily aimed for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts who are interested in observing the rare species of Aras militaris mexicanus and thus contributing to preserving this endangered species.
We also support the protection and research center near Querétaro, set up by Volando con Guacas, where this species of Aras militaris mexicanus is preserved.
More about the projectWe have been supporting the HOGARES FAUSTINO LLAMAS IBARRA in Querétaro since 2018. The project provides shelter for women with intellectual disabilities who have been violated, abandoned or mistreated by their relatives because of their disability.
HOGARES FAUSTINO LLAMAS IBARRA consists of three houses and a farm and currently takes care of 87 girls and women. (October 2018).
An essential part of the work of the women´s shelters is to offer daily activities such as art, dance and sport to the mentally handicapped women and girls in addition to therapies such as music and physiotherapy.
