In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Oaxaca to visit of one of the numerous lively and colourful markets of Oaxaca. Here you can buy various typical Mexican specialties and find all the ingredients as well as herbs that you will need for the rest of the day. The market stalls have all sorts of medicinal products on offer, from the absurd to miraculous that bring wealth or love. As well as practical ingredients such as dried and fresh herbs for the healing of wounds and diseases. Your guide will help you choose your ingredients and will provide you with informative explanations. Afterwards, continue to the “herbal kitchen” where you will learn how to make natural remedies. Of course, at the end of your tour, you can take your self-made herbal medicine home with you. Afterwards, you will be returned to your hotel in Oaxaca.
