At approx. 05:30 am you are picked up from your hotel in Mexico City to take part in an extraordinary adventure, discovering Teotihuacán, the “City of Gods”, from a hot air balloon. Spanning 22 km², it is the largest city of ruins in Latin America and its extent is perfectly observed from a hot air balloon in this once in a lifetime experience. Your adventurous day starts by watching the sun rise over the majestic ruins. The takeoff and landing location is situated about 800 meters from the pyramids. Help prepare the balloon for takeoff or take some pictures before you lift into the sky. During your one hour flight you can cover a distance between 3 and 30 kilometers, depending on the weather and wind conditions. After having admired the Sun and Moon Pyramid from a bird’s eye view you are back on solid ground and get the chance to climb the pyramids and discover the interesting history of Teotihuacán with your guide. Afterwards you will be brought back to your hotel in Mexico City.
