Sian Ka’an Adventure

On this Mexico daytrip you discover exotic animal and plant species in the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve and explore the unique underwater world on a snorkeling trip.

Tour description:

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel and set off on an adventurous day trip perfect for nature lovers, visiting the famous Biosphere Reserve and UNESCO World Heritage Site of Sian Ka’an. This is home to 385 species of birds and 103 endangered species. The tropical rainforest, mangrove swamps and pristine beaches are located on over 5000 square kilometers of untouched nature. There are also a few small islands in the reserve. Accompanied by a biologist, you will cross the lagoon by boat, where you will be able to observe exotic bird species, dolphins, starfish, turtles and rays. Afterwards continue to the “Isla de los Pájaros” where you will immerse yourself in the spectacular underwater world of Sian Kaan during a snorkeling tour. Explore the reef and observe the colourful sealife. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch (included) in the small fishing village of Punta Allen. After some free time to explore the town and relax on the beach, you will be returned to your hotel.
